Alexandre Rene Veron (Kunst)
Alexandre Rene Veron (1826-1897) studied with Paul Delaroche. Debuted in the Salon of 1848, Veron was a follower an associate of Daubigny. He holds an honorable position as a Little Master of the Barbizon school. He was dedicated exclusively to the landscape and never exhibited anything else for the next 30 years. The sites he is most famous for depicting included the Fontainbleau, Auves-sur-oise, Pantoise, Crecy-en-brie, Senlis, Osny and Argenteuil.
