Bill Rowley is a highly regarded Canadian hairstylist and broadcast personality. His 27 years of experience in the beauty industry include work as a leading stylist in Toronto’s top salons and 11 years as an independent salon owner. Rowley’s amazing eye for style and the ability to make his clients and audience look and feel gorgeous have resulted in a devoted clientele and faithful television following.

Rowley has entertained audiences for 20 years as a regular guest makeover artist and beauty industry expert, as well as guest host on Citytv’s popular national show, CityLine. His combination of wit and charm has made him one of the industry’s most engaging spokespeople, hosting the prestigious Contessa Awards gala for seven years and recently, the ABA/CityLine’s ‘Ordinary to Extraordinary Competition.’ Rowley’s editorial work has appeared in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, FASHION, Flare, Chatelaine, Canadian Living and he has worked on numerous film and television productions.


In addition to appearing on CityLine, Rowley also currently works at Toronto’s Philosophy Inc.
