Chocolate No Bake Cookies (Kopie)

Chocolate No Bake Cookies

Melt 1 stick of butter in a pan.
While butter is melting, put the following in a large bowl:
3 cups quick cooking oatmeal (add more if desired)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Once the butter is melted, add:
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
Slowly bring to boil and boil for 1 minute only!
Pour this chocolate mixture over the oatmeal in the bowl and mix together. Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper and allow to cool.
