Judy Meyers Rifkin is the granddaughter of two prominent handbag families in America: Jenny & Abraham Brill (Jenny Handbags) and George Meyers (Meyers Manufacturing Co.). Her career in the handbag industry spands 35 years. She has worked for Meyers Mfg. Co., Sirco International, Carlos Falchi Designs and Bueno of California. From 1976 to 2011, Judy watched the handbag industry evolve from vantage points in sales, product development, marketing, and management. She is now retired but continues to be a part of the industry with a recent endowed scholarship for FIT accessories students.
