Bio: Sam hadley was born in 1976 ,in Shrewsbury,England.He was raised by artistic parents, and showed an interest in drawing from an early age.He attended Falmouth college of arts, studying illustration.He has been a professional freelance illustrator since he graduated, and has never looked back.He now lives with his girlfriend in the city of Bristol, England. Most of his work is very detailed and realistic,but he also enjoys working in other styles.He has a comicbook style and a looser 'retro' style of illustration too.He finds that his creative drive leads him to constantly experiment with other ways of painting and drawing. Most of his work is done with traditional media on illustration board but he also works digitally [although every painting starts life on paper or board].He also uses his visualising skills for storyboarding and concept art.Sam loves the challenge of advertising work and the satisfaction of seeing his work on book covers and in publications. Sam is Represented by Bernstein & Andriulli in The United States and Artist Partners in the UK and Europe.
