Thomas Whiteside is a fashion and portrait photographer. Born and raised in St. Louis, he left to study fine art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, with a concentration in painting and film. With an eye trained for composition and form, he eventually turned his attention to behind the camera, capturing on film an intimate connection with all of the subjects he photographs. He has shot for Elle, Details, Tatler, Traveler, InStyle, Paper and Wonderland.

Thomas Whiteside divides his time between New York and Los Angeles.
