Under the Shade of a Bonsai Tree is a fresh new indie jewellery and accessories label created by Jacquie Rodemann and based in Hobart, Tasmania. A range of various products have been created, some using pretty colourful resin flowers and also laser cut designs from acrylic and beautiful Tasmanian wood. She loves all things vibrant and bold and has a love of Japanese arts which is the inspiration behind some of her pieces like the laser cut origami cranes. She has always had a passion for arts and crafts, developed from seeing her mother, who is an artist, delve into all possible mediums; but it's only up until recently Jacquie has made this hobby transform into a real business. She's absolutely loving the creative process and thrilled by all the fabulous feedback received by her customers.
