Basic Vinaigrette (Kopie)

•1/3 cup red or white wine vinegar
•2/3 cup light olive oil
•3/4 tsp salt
•1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
•1/4 tsp oregano
•1 garlic clove, peeled

Measure all ingredients into an airtight container with lid. Cover and shake. Refrigerate overnight, remove garlic. Shake well before serving.
