Coconut Panna Cotta (Kopie)

Products for 8 servings:
400ml coconut milk
400 ml cream 30%
120 g sugar
10 g gelatin

For the garnish:
200 g fresh strawberries
50 ml strawberry liqueur

Method of preparation:
Soak gelatine in 2-3 tablespoons cold water.
Let it swell for 5-10 minutes.
Heat the cream, coconut milk and sugar to a boil.
Remove from heat and dissolve in the hot gelatin mixture.
Cool it to room temperature.
Divide mixture into 8 glasses of 100 ml volume.
Refrigerate them for at least 3 hours.
Wash and slice strawberries.
Marinate them in strawberry liqueur.
Garnish with them just before serving dessert.
