Fat-Free Mayonnaise (Kopie)

•2 cups plain fat-free yogurt, drained
•2 cups fat free silken tofu
•1 Tbsp roasted garlic
•2 Tbsp vinegar
•1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
•1 Tbs. sea salt
•1/2 tsp. white pepper

•1 tsp red pepper sauce (for spice)

Drain yogurt, blend with all other ingredients until smooth. If desired, add red pepper sauce for spicy flavor.

Additional uses: On burgers and sandwiches, in fat-free salad dressings, etc.
