Green Tea Vanilla Frappe (Kopie)

•1 cup fat-free vanillia frozen yogurt
•1 cup milk
•1-2 Tbsp hot water
•2 tsp green tea powder
•4-6 ice cubes

Warm milk, but do not let boil or scorth. Dissolve green tea powder into just enough hot water to make a paste, then whisk into warm milk. Process ice cream in blender, then add ice cubes and pulse until mixture reaches frappe consistency. Add more milk to thin, if desired.
