Tropical Fruit Sorbet (Kopie)

•2 cups frozen mango chunks
•1 cup frozen peach slices
•1 cup frozen papaya chunks
•1 cup fresh lemon juice
•1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
•3/4 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
•1 Tbsp dried coconut (optional)
•pinch of salt

Combine lemon juice, orange juice, salt and sugar, stirring until all sugar is dissolved. Process until smooth with mango, peaches, papaya, and coconut (if desired) in food processor, then transfer to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions OR see "No Ice Cream Maker?"
