Apple Cobbler (Kopie)

Serves 8-10.

•1 1/2 cup white flour
•1/4 cup Splenda or sugar
•2 tsp baking soda
•2 tsp ground cinnamon
•1/4 tsp salt
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1/2 cup skim milk
•1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
•4 apples, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, combine. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Add sliced apples, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 45 minutes, or until crust is brown and fruit is tender. Serve warm with fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt.
