About the Author
Australian-born Will Ricker is a true success story. Arriving in London in the 1990s with a real-estate background, not much money but plenty of ambition and a firm vision, he set up his first restaurant, Cicada, to critical acclaim. The Great Eastern Dining Room soon followed and after that the winning Ricker formula saw the opening of EandO, XO and Eight over Eight.
